Consist of nine registered voters. No member may be an elected or appointed town official or employee.
Appointed by the town moderator, the chairman of the Finance Committee and the chairman of the Board of Selectmen.
Appointed for three year terms
Meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month
Reviews the Town and School operating budgets and capital budget.
Conducts at least one public hearing on the proposed budgets and issues printed recommendations and detailed explanations of all finance articles in an annual finance committee report.
Presents its recommendations to town meeting and is given first opportunity to move amendments to the budget.
